Following on from the extremely successful 14th SCC Meeting hosted by the US Nuclear Regulatory Commission in January 2015, we will continue with a theme focused on assurance.  For the May meeting the theme will focus on Evidence for Assurance.  We have an outstanding group of speakers (as always), and have scheduled time for detailed discussion following groups of talks.  The agenda is being finalized and will be available very soon.  We will post the agenda on the cps-vo.org web site, but I will also mail out the agenda as soon as it is finalized - my apologies in advance for any unwanted emails.  If you would like to be removed from the SCC mail-list please email me and ask to be removed from future SCC emails.

The agenda includes 11 talks including: the role of expert judgement in assurance; domain specific evidence in a number of application domains; evidence for validation of requirements and system properties; experimental evidence; the use of proof as evidence; and evidence related to the use of tools.

The SCC agenda will provide an interesting and appropriate lead-in to the HCSS Conference which immediately follows the SCC Meeting.

We intend making the SCC meeting available via WebEx.  If you would like to attend via WebEx rather than in person please register and indicate that you want to attend via WebEx in the Notes/Requests section.
