Dear 2011 CPS PIs:

As you know, the annual NSF CPS PI Meeting will be held soon (Aug 1-2) at the Gaylord
National Hotel in National Harbor, MD.  As the initial deadline for registration of primary
participants draws to a close, there are still some seats available.  We therefore encourage
you to invite other team members from your project(s) as well as fellow collaborators who,
though not officially associated with the NSF CPS Program, you think may contribute to and
benefit from the exciting exchanges at the conference.  These secondary registrations will
be accepted on a first come, first serve basis until the event reaches its capacity constraints. 

The conference's hotel room block reservation (at significantly reduced government rates)
is schedule to expire on Monday the 18th, so anyone still needing accommodations should
 REGISTER WITH THE GAYLORD IMMEDIATELY.  The hotel is near capacity and we expect
them to sell out very soon.
