Russians targeting US Power Grid

Russian hackers have targeted the US Power Grid for years and may have caused power blackouts

The Russian military intelligence group called Sandworm has triggered power shutdowns in Ukraine and has been actively targeting the US energy system aided by Kamacite which has worked with the GRU’s Sandworm to gain access.  In a recently release report, cybersecurity firm Dragos names four new foreign hacker groups focused on the US Grid.
