Submit Poster

The poster display stands have a cushioned backing panel and are 4 feet tall by 8 feet wide. Each poster stand will accommodate a total of four posters (two on the front and two on the back). Thus, each individual poster should be no more than 4 feet tall x 4 feet wide in size. Printed versions of posters may be in any format that fits within that space. The electronic copy submitted must be a PDF file containing the content of the poster. Templates for posters can be found here:

Please use the following naming conventions for your poster, abstract, and video files:

Poster: PILastName_AwardID_Poster
Abstract: PILastName_AwardID_Abstract
Video: PILastName_AwardID_Video

We strongly encourage each project to submit a roughly 5-minute video of the PowerPoint presentation. We are explicitly not looking for a professional video. You can see exemplars from previous years here:

Collaborative projects (multi-institution, each with unique award numbers) can submit a single joint poster, abstract, and video covering the entire project if desired. The PI of the lead institution is responsible for ensuring that each aspect of the research is covered. Please inform the meeting organizers if you plan to submit one team project.

Please note that you will still need to bring your physical poster to the CPS PI meeting. These uploaded posters are for use by the NSF and the organizing committees. If you would like to print your poster locally, there is a full-service Fedex Office located within the hotel.

Project abstracts/posters/videos must be submitted by CoB Monday, November 11, 2019.

This meeting is by invitation only. The submission code can be found in the invitation email.
