Submit Poster

Visible to the public 

Posters will be uploaded into Gather.town by the meeting organizers. The electronic copy must be submitted in PDF file format.

Collaborative projects (multi-institution, each with unique award numbers) can submit a single joint poster covering the entire project. The PI of the lead institution is responsible for ensuring that each aspect of the research is covered. Please inform the meeting organizers if you plan to submit more than one team project poster.

If you are submitting multiple posters (for example, if you have more than one CPS award), please complete this form for each individual poster. Each poster is assigned to one poster session, which means, that if a PI has more than one award, each will require a separate poster.

Posters must be submitted by 11:59pm AoE on Monday, May 3.
