Top-level domains play an important role in domain name system. Close attention should be paid to security of top level domains. In this paper, we found many configuration anomalies of top-level domains by analyzing their resource records. We got resource records of top-level domains from root name servers and authoritative servers of top-level domains. By comparing these resource records, we observed the anomalies in top-level domains. For example, there are 8 servers shared by more than one hundred top-level domains; Some TTL fields or SERIAL fields of resource records obtained on each NS servers of the same top-level domain were inconsistent; some authoritative servers of top-level domains were unreachable. Those anomalies may affect the availability of top-level domains. We hope that these anomalies can draw top-level domain administrators' attention to security of top-level domains.

Peng, Y., Yue, M., Li, H., Li, Y., Li, C., Xu, H., Wu, Q., Xi, W..  2018.  The Effect of Easy Axis Deviations on the Magnetization Reversal of Co Nanowire. IEEE Transactions on Magnetics. 54:1–5.
Macroscopic hysteresis loops and microscopic magnetic moment distributions have been determined by 3-D model for Co nanowire with various easy axis deviations from applied field. It is found that both the coercivity and the remanence decrease monotonously with the increase of easy axis deviation as well as the maximum magnetic product, indicating the large impact of the easy axis orientation on the magnetic performance. Moreover, the calculated angular distributions and the evolution of magnetic moments have been shown to explain the magnetic reversal process. It is demonstrated that the large demagnetization field in the two ends of the nanowire makes the occurrence of reversal domain nucleation easier, hence the magnetic reversal. In addition, the magnetic reversal was illustrated in terms of the analysis of the energy evolution.
Xu, H., Jiang, H..  2019.  An Image Encryption Schema Based on Hybrid Optimized Chaotic System. 2019 3rd International Conference on Electronic Information Technology and Computer Engineering (EITCE). :784–788.

The purpose of this paper is to improve the safety of chaotic image encryption algorithm. Firstly, to achieve this goal, it put forward two improved chaotic system logistic and henon, which covered an promoted henon chaotic system with better probability density, and an 2-dimension logistic chaotic system with high Lyapunov exponents. Secondly, the chaotic key stream was generated by the new 2D logistic chaotic system and optimized henon mapping, which mixed in dynamic proportions. The conducted sequence has better randomness and higher safety for image cryptosystem. Thirdly, we proposed algorithm takes advantage of the compounded chaotic system Simulation experiment results and security analysis showed that the proposed scheme was more effective and secure. It can resist various typical attacks, has high security, satisfies the requirements of image encryption theoretical.

In this paper, decentralized dynamic power allocation problem has been investigated for mobile ad hoc network (MANET) at tactical edge. Due to the mobility and self-organizing features in MANET and environmental uncertainties in the battlefield, many existing optimal power allocation algorithms are neither efficient nor practical. Furthermore, the continuously increasing large scale of the wireless connection population in emerging Internet of Battlefield Things (IoBT) introduces additional challenges for optimal power allocation due to the “Curse of Dimensionality”. In order to address these challenges, a novel Actor-Critic-Mass algorithm is proposed by integrating the emerging Mean Field game theory with online reinforcement learning. The proposed approach is able to not only learn the optimal power allocation for IoBT in a decentralized manner, but also effectively handle uncertainties from harsh environment at tactical edge. In the developed scheme, each agent in IoBT has three neural networks (NN), i.e., 1) Critic NN learns the optimal cost function that minimizes the Signal-to-interference-plus-noise ratio (SINR), 2) Actor NN estimates the optimal transmitter power adjustment rate, and 3) Mass NN learns the probability density function of all agents' transmitting power in IoBT. The three NNs are tuned based on the Fokker-Planck-Kolmogorov (FPK) and Hamiltonian-Jacobian-Bellman (HJB) equation given in the Mean Field game theory. An IoBT wireless network has been simulated to evaluate the effectiveness of the proposed algorithm. The results demonstrate that the actor-critic-mass algorithm can effectively approximate the probability distribution of all agents' transmission power and converge to the target SINR. Moreover, the optimal decentralized power allocation is obtained through integrated mean-field game theory with reinforcement learning.

Web-based social networks enable new community-based opportunities for participants to engage, share their thoughts, and interact with each other. Theses related activities such as searching and advertising are threatened by spammers, content polluters, and malware disseminators. We propose a scalable spam detection system, termed Oases, for uncovering social spam in social networks using an online and scalable approach. The novelty of our design lies in two key components: (1) a decentralized DHT-based tree overlay deployment for harvesting and uncovering deceptive spam from social communities; and (2) a progressive aggregation tree for aggregating the properties of these spam posts for creating new spam classifiers to actively filter out new spam. We design and implement the prototype of Oases and discuss the design considerations of the proposed approach. Our large-scale experiments using real-world Twitter data demonstrate scalability, attractive load-balancing, and graceful efficiency in online spam detection for social networks.
Mukaidani, H., Saravanakumar, R., Xu, H., Zhuang, W..  2019.  Robust Nash Static Output Feedback Strategy for Uncertain Markov Jump Delay Stochastic Systems. 2019 IEEE 58th Conference on Decision and Control (CDC). :5826—5831.

In this paper, we propose a robust Nash strategy for a class of uncertain Markov jump delay stochastic systems (UMJDSSs) via static output feedback (SOF). After establishing the extended bounded real lemma for UMJDSS, the conditions for the existence of a robust Nash strategy set are determined by means of cross coupled stochastic matrix inequalities (CCSMIs). In order to solve the SOF problem, an heuristic algorithm is developed based on the algebraic equations and the linear matrix inequalities (LMIs). In particular, it is shown that robust convergence is guaranteed under a new convergence condition. Finally, a practical numerical example based on the congestion control for active queue management is provided to demonstrate the reliability and usefulness of the proposed design scheme.

the terms Smart grid, IntelliGrid, and secure astute grid are being used today to describe technologies that automatically and expeditiously (separate far from others) faults, renovate potency, monitor demand, and maintain and recuperate (firm and steady nature/lasting nature/vigor) for more reliable generation, transmission, and distribution of electric potency. In general, the terms describe the utilization of microprocessor-predicated astute electronic contrivances (IEDs) communicating with one another to consummate tasks afore now done by humans or left undone. These IEDs watch/ notice/ celebrate/ comply with the state of the puissance system, make edified decisions, and then take action to preserve the (firm and steady nature/lasting nature/vigor) and performance of the grid. Technology use/military accommodation in the home will sanction end users to manage their consumption predicated on their own predilections. In order to manage their consumption or the injuctive authorization placed on the grid, people (who utilize a product or accommodation) need information and an (able to transmute and get better) power distribution system. The astute grid is an accumulation of information sources and the automatic control system that manages the distribution of puissance, understands the transmutations in demand, and reacts to it by managing demand replication. Different billing (prosperity plans/ways of reaching goals) for mutable time and type of avail, as well as conservation and use or sale of distributed utilizable things/valuable supplies, will become part of perspicacious solutions. The traditional electrical power grid is currently evolving into the perspicacious grid. Perspicacious grid integrates the traditional electrical power grid with information and communication technologies (ICT). Such integration empowers the electrical utilities providers and consumers, amends the efficiency and the availability of the puissance system while perpetually monitoring, - ontrolling and managing the authoritative ordinances of customers. A keenly intellective grid is an astronomically immense intricate network composed of millions of contrivances and entities connected with each other. Such a massive network comes with many security concerns and susceptibilities. In this paper, we survey the latest on keenly intellective grid security. We highlight the involution of the keenly intellective grid network and discuss the susceptibilities concrete to this sizably voluminous heterogeneous network. We discuss then the challenges that subsist in securing the keenly intellective grid network and how the current security solutions applied for IT networks are not adequate to secure astute grid networks. We conclude by over viewing the current and needed security solutions for the keenly intellective gird.
