The 2018 NRI PI Meeting will be held at the Hilton Crystal City at Washington Reagan National Airport located at 2399 Jefferson Davis Highway, Arlington, VA 22202. The meeting dates are Monday, October 29 and Tuesday, October 30, 2018.

The room block is now closed.
A block of rooms has been reserved at the Hilton Crystal City Hotel with check-in starting the night of Sunday, October 28 and check-out on Tuesday, October 30, 2018. All rooms reserved within this block are based on the reduced rate of US $209.00 per night plus taxes. All meeting attendees are responsible for making their own lodging accommodations. Reservations can be made in this block online or by calling the hotel at 1-800-HILTONS (445-8667) or 1-703-418-6800. When calling you must mention the group code "2018 NSF NRI PI Meeting". The cutoff date for making room reservations is Friday, October 12, 2018. Reservations made after that time will be based on availability at the hotel's prevailing rates. If you plan to reserve additional rooms beyond the room block, please book your two room block nights via the online reservation link above and then call the hotel and ask for "in-house reservations at ext. 5263" to reserve rooms that are in addition to the block. Please mention the group code listed above. Please note that rooms reserved outside the block could incur higher charges.
