The 2022 CPS PI Meeting will be held at the Crystal Gateway Marriott located at 1700 Richmond Hwy, Arlington, VA 22202. The meeting dates are Monday, November 7 (arrival night) - Tuesday, November 8 & Wednesday, November 9 (meeting days), 2022.

IMPORTANT: Please note that the meeting will take place at the Crystal Gateway Marriott, NOT the Crystal City Marriott that is two blocks away.

  R O O M   R E S E R V A T I O N S  

The block of rooms may be reserved at a group rate of $188/night plus taxes (for single/double rooms) starting on the night of Monday, November 7, 2022 - Tuesday, November 8, 2022 with a checkout date of Wednesday, November 9, 2022.

Travelers who wish reserve rooms outside of the block will incur increased room rates and you will not be able to register online, but will need to call the Marriott locally at 703-271-5202. Please be advised that reservations made for days outside of the block might incur higher or lower room rates, depending on the day. When calling, please reference the event name: “2022 Cyber Physical Systems PrincipaI Investigators' Meeting”. 

Reservations must be made no later than Monday, October 17, 2022 by midnight. Reservations made after that time will be based on availability at the hotel’s prevailing rates. Make your reservations early to secure a room. Check-in time at the Crystal Gateway Marriott is 4:00 p.m. and check-out time is 1:00 p.m. Guests arriving prior to 4:00 p.m. will be accommodated as rooms become available. The front desk can provide a baggage storage area for early arrivals or late departures. Breakfast, lunch, and light refreshments will be provided at the meeting. Participants will be responsible for their own dinners.

Parking at Crystal Gateway Marriott is US $42 per day for overnight self-parking and US $45 per day for overnight valet parking. Guests with a handicapped placard or license plate may use designated handicapped valet parking places for the self-parking price.
