Periodic Reporting
Clarifications on periodic reports:
H2020 Online Manual - Periodic Reports
The assignment of PM to single tasks is not rigid, and the distribution of PM within a given WP is relatively flexible. Therefore, you are allowed to moderately redistribute the PM within the WP according the work you have performed.
On the ECAS is sufficient to specify the amount of PM for each WP divided among personnel categories (tot. PM for PhD students, tot. PM for permanent researchers, and so on).
It might happen that some tasks are a bit delayed or advanced with respect to the DoA. We are requested to report and provide justification for these changes into the periodic report. This includes providing mitigation actions in case the delay of a task may cause other delays on the conclusion as well as changes in the runtime of other tasks.
