Yi-Kai Liu

Yi-Kai Liu is a theoretical computer scientist at the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST), working on quantum computation, cryptography, and characterization of quantum hardware devices. He is currently serving as co-director of the Joint Center for Quantum Information and Computer Science (QuICS) at the University of Maryland. He holds a PhD in computer science from the University of California, San Diego, and a BA in mathematics from Princeton University.
