forums are highly expected.

The important dates are:
-          Deadline for paper submission: October 15th, 2017
-          Tutorial proposals: October 1st, 2017
-          Special session proposal: September 1st, 2017
-          Notification of acceptance: November 11th, 2017
-          Deadline for final paper submission: December 12th, 2017
-          Deadline for "early bird" registration: December 12th, 2017
