2018 NSF Expeditions in Computing Principal Investigators' Meeting

CISE's Expeditions program will be celebrating its tenth anniversary this fall - and the PI meeting will serve as a milestone event, enabling us to mark the many accomplishments of our Expeditions projects and also consider future directions for the field. The meeting will be held on Sunday, December 9 - Tuesday, December 11, 2018, at the Newseum's Knight Conference Center located at 555 Pennsylvania Ave., NW, Washington, DC 20001.
The far-reaching impact and rate of innovation enabled by these awards has been remarkable, contributing to U.S. economic competitiveness and enhanced quality of life for residents. This meeting is designed to showcase progress of compelling and transformative collaborative research conducted by multi-institutional and multi-disciplinary research teams with potential for disruptive innovations in computer and information science and engineering. The 2018 Expeditions PI meeting will bring together approximately 150 leaders and stakeholders across academia, industry, and government.
