Room Reservations
The 2012 SaTC PI Meeting will be held at the Gaylord National Hotel and Convention Center in National Harbor, MD, during November 27-29, 2012. Attendees are responsible for making their own reservations for lodging. A block of rooms has been set-aside at the Gaylord National Hotel and Convention Center, and all rooms are based on the Government per diem rate of US $183 per night plus tax. You may make room reservations online or call 301-965-4000. When calling, please reference the following room block designated for the 2012 SaTC PI meeting: “A-STM12”. Reservations must be made by October 22, 2012. Reservations made after that time will be based on availability at the hotel’s prevailing rates. Make your reservations early to secure a room. Check-in time at the Gaylord National Hotel and Convention Center is 3:00 p.m. and check-out time is 11:00 a.m. Guests arriving prior to 3:00 p.m. will be accommodated as rooms become available. The front desk can provide a baggage storage area for early arrivals or late departures. Breakfast, lunch, and light refreshments will be provided at the meeting. Participants will be responsible for their own dinners.
Hotel Parking
Parking at Gaylord National Hotel is $22 per day for overnight self-parking and $32 per day for overnight valet parking. Guests with a handicapped placard or license plate may use designated handicapped valet parking places for the self-parking price.
