The 13th International Symposium on Recent Advances in Intrusion Detection was held in the heart of downtown Ottawa, Ontario, Canada, September 15-17, 2010. This symposium brought together leading researchers and practitioners from academia, government, and industry to discuss issues and technologies related to intrusion detection and defence. The keynote speaker was Eric Chien.
RAID was held in conjunction with the 7th International Symposium on Visualization for Cyber Security (VizSec) September 14, 2010 and with a Technology Watch - Real World Problems Driving Cyber Security Research September 15, 2010.
