DSN 2019

Date: Jun 24, 2019 10:00 am – Jun 27, 2019 7:00 pm
Location: Portland, Oregon

The Annual IEEE/IFIP International Conference on Dependable Systems and Networks (DSN) has pioneered the fusion between dependability and security research, understanding the need to simultaneously fight against accidental faults, intentional cyber-attacks, design errors, and unexpected operating conditions. DSN is also providing a fruitful ground for academia and industry interaction.

Breakthrough architectures, from microprocessors to IoT and the cloud, modeling techniques, protocols, algorithms for preventing, detecting, recovering, diagnosing or eliminating accidental and malicious, experimental characterization and assessment of dependable systems are within the scope of DSN. Authors are invited to submit original papers and reports on research, development, validation, deployment, and maintenance of dependable and secure systems and networks.

The conference program will include plenary talks, regular papers, practical experience reports, an industry track, a fast-abstract track, and a student forum. The conference will also feature several workshops and tutorials. We are confident your participation and contributions will make DSN a successful event.

The 2019 edition of the DSN conference will take place in the city of Portland. Located on the banks of the Willamette river, between the Pacific Ocean and Mount Hood, Portland is the cultural and economic heart of the Oregon State. Portland is home to companies like Intel, IBM, and Tektronix, and the Portland State University. It is in driving distance from Seattle, where University of Washington, Boeing, and Microsoft are located, and a short flight away from Silicon Valley and Stanford University. Access to Portland is facilitated by numerous direct flights, from most USA metropolises, and from overseas.

We are looking forward to welcoming you to Portland, Oregon, USA in June 2019.
