There will be four programmed interactive poster sessions, including two sessions on day one and two on day two. All posters will stay up for both full days, with a selected number programmed for each session. Projects will be assigned a location number and scheduled for at least one session, and possibly two sessions (depending on the total number of posters). Requests for a specific location number and/or specific day should be made known to the meeting organizers as soon as possible.

Poster display stands will have a cushioned backing panel and are 4 feet tall by 8 feet wide. Each poster stand will accommodate a total of four posters (two on each side). Each individual poster should be no more than 4 feet tall x 4 feet wide in size. Printed versions of posters may be in any format that fits within that space. The poster display stands and push pins will be provided by the PI Meeting organizers. The hotel can provide small tables and/or power outlets if they are needed at poster stations on a first-come, first-served basis. Please contact the meeting organizers ( if you will need a table or power outlet. PIs are responsible for bringing any additional equipment of their own, such as laptops and cables, should they desire to complement their poster display with a demonstration.

In addition, PIs participating in the poster session are responsible for:

  • Bringing and/or arranging for the poster to be delivered and set up during early registration on the night before the opening session or by 9:00 AM on the first day of the meeting
  • Presenting or identifying at least one person to present the poster during the assigned poster session
