The 2024 Cyber-Physical Systems Principal Investigators' Meeting (CPS PI Meeting '24) was held in person at Vanderbilt University's Student Life Center (SLC) located at 310 25th Ave. South, Nashville, TN 37212. The meeting dates were Wednesday, March 20, 2024 and Thursday, March 21, 2024. The arrival day was Tuesday, March 19, 2024.

The PI meeting program will feature keynote talks, panels, and PI-led activities including breakouts, project poster sessions, and project demonstrations. 

The meeting provided a forum for a wide range of stakeholders in academia, industry, and federal agencies to review new developments in CPS foundations, to identify new, emerging applications, and to discuss technology gaps and barriers.

The PI Meeting will be held at Vanderbilt University’s Student Life Center located at 310 25th Ave. South, Nashville, TN 37212.

Room Reservations

Three courtesy blocks of rooms (extremely limited) have been reserved at the group government per diem rate (or lower) plus taxes (for single/double rooms) starting on the arrival night of Tuesday, March 19th, 2024 - Wednesday, March 20th, 2024 with a checkout date of Thursday, March 21st, 2024.

The following blocks of rooms were selected based on the 0.8 miles or less walking distance to the meeting location. For your convenience, there will also be a dedicated charter bus service at these locations to get attendees to and from these hotels during the PI meeting.

We are currently working to extend this block and will update this site as soon as information is available. In General:

Travelers who wish to reserve rooms outside of these blocks will incur increased room rates and will not be able to register online, but will need to call the hotels directly. Please be advised that reservations made for days outside of the blocks might incur higher or lower room rates, depending on the day.
