DESTION 2025 Call for Papers

DESTION 2025 will take place on May 06, 2025 in Irvine, California, USA as part of the CPS-IoT Week events.

We invite contributions in the following main topics (but not limited to):

  • Assurance and formal verification methodologies
  • Correct-by-construction design and evolution
  • Requirement engineering
  • Real-time execution
  • Test and evaluation
  • Languages and tools for specification and design
  • Architectural design
  • Circuit design
  • Run-time monitoring
  • Benchmarks and datasets
  • Modeling and simulation of CPS
  • Design-space exploration
  • Natural language processing
  • Uncertainty quantification
  • Large language models (LLMs)
  • Neuro-symbolic learning

Important Dates:

  • 06 March 2025 (AoE): [Extended] Submission deadline (Firm)
  • 14 March 2025: Author notification
  • 28 March 2025: Camera-ready submission deadline
  • 06 May 2025: Workshop day

Submissions:

All submissions must be in English. Only original papers that have not been submitted or published in other conferences or journals will be considered. All accepted papers and demo abstracts will be published in IEEE Xplore as part of the DESTION 2025 proceedings.

Full Papers: Full technical contributions should have no more than 6 pages, excluding references and appendix.

Shorter Papers, Tool Papers, Benchmark Releases, and Demos: We also welcome shorter papers, tool papers, benchmark releases, and demos via submission of 2-page abstracts, excluding references and appendix. Supplementary materials for tools and demos such as videos, repository links, and online accessible web-applications are encouraged.

Submission guidelines:

Please submit your papers and abstracts at https://easychair.org/conferences/?conf=destion2025. Your final camera-ready paper must use the ACM conference paper LaTeX styles located at https://www.acm.org/publications/proceedings-template. Papers that do not meet the size and formatting requirements will not be reviewed. Please note that ACM uses 9pt fonts in all conference proceedings, and the LaTeX style implicitly defines the font size to be 9pt.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Please make sure to include full author organizational affiliation and email address in submission. The papers will be peer reviewed using a single blind review process. Papers with incorrect affiliations, paper format, and paper length will not be reviewed. In addition, if there was any use of AI in the paper content, it must be fully disclosed.
