Panel Presentation: Challenges to Autonomy Organizational Perspective

Summarizes the OV-4 mappings developed by the Joint Planning & Development Office that tracks and supports the coordination of the UAS community by stakeholder types.  Provides a perspective of the number of different requirement sets that can co-exist just within a community.  Lastly, even though the mapping does a commendable job of addressing the direct UAS community the briefing highlights that coordination/mapping is missing other related communities that are related by the Cyber Physical System commonalities.
