The 2025 Cyber-Physical Systems Principal Investigators' Meeting (CPS PI Meeting '25) will be held in person at Vanderbilt University's Student Life Center (SLC) located at 310 25th Ave. South, Nashville, TN 37212. The meeting dates will be Thursday, March 13, 2025 and Friday, March 14, 2025, with an arrival date of Wednesday, March 12, 2025.
MEETING REGISTRATION AND ATTENDANCE REQUIREMENTS
PIs of active projects are required to attend the PI Meeting and should register by Friday, February 14, 2025 at the link here.
NOTE: Users must be logged into their CPS-VO account in order to register for the meeting. If trouble logging in, contact Jason at jason.w.gigax@vanderbilt.edu for assistance.
The registration code is provided in the official invitation message sent to PIs on Friday, February 10th, 2025. Room Reservations
Two courtesy blocks of rooms (extremely limited) have been reserved at the group government per diem rate (or lower) plus taxes (for single/double rooms) starting on the arrival night of Wednesday, March 12th, 2025 - Thursday, March 13th, 2025 with a checkout date of Friday, March 14th, 2025.
BOOKING DEADLINE: Wednesday, February 19th, 2025
The following blocks of rooms were selected based on the 0.8 miles or less walking distance to the meeting location. For your convenience, there will also be a dedicated charter bus service at these locations to get attendees to and from these hotels during the PI meeting.

- The dates of Monday, March 10 and Tuesday, March 11 are for persons attending only the SUNS Workshop (Invitation Only)
- All dates listed are for persons invited to both events.
- The dates of Wednesday, March 12 and Thursday, 13 are for persons attending only the 2025 NSF CPS PI Meeting.
- Hyatt House Nashville at Vanderbilt @ per diem rate of $189/night (0.8 miles from the SLC, 15-min walk, 3-min drive):

In general, travelers who wish to reserve rooms outside of these blocks will incur increased room rates and will not be able to register online, but will need to call the hotels directly. Please be advised that reservations made for days outside of the blocks might incur higher or lower room rates, depending on the day. When calling, please reference the event name: “2025 Cyber-Physical Systems (CPS) PI Meeting”.
Make your reservations early to secure a room. Breakfast, lunch, and light refreshments will be provided at the meeting. Participants will be responsible for their own dinners.
